Bookbenches in London: City Trail

Peter Pan outside St Paul’s Cathedral. Created by Laura Elizabeth Bolton.
Colourful stories coming alive all around London in the form of open books! Books about Town and many incredible artists have yet again, done themselves proud with an amazing display of artwork in the city area of London.
It’s been a great experience hunting them out and finding new and interesting parts of London to investigate! This time around it was the City Trail.

I think after doing the Bloomsbury Trail, the Riverside Trail and now the City Trail, I’d have to say that I think the quality of artwork is probably best on the Bloomsbury Trail. However, that’s not to say it’s not worth visiting the other trails, as there are always hidden gems amongst every trail and the city trail was definitely the easiest to photograph the benches!
Many thanks to the artists and organisers of Books about Town for putting together such a great experience for everyone to enjoy!
