Tribute to Christchurch and New Zealand
As all Kiwi’s and many others around the world stay shocked by the recent terror attacks, I seem to just struggle to find the words. The words that express the sadness, the hurt, the pain I feel for Christchurch and the people this has affected. Nothing feels quite enough.
As we all band together to show our love and support, I think this post could be a good reminder of how special New Zealand is. Our people care for our country and I hope nothing will ever shake that.
New Zealand is my home and the home of many cultures. We open our hearts to our visitors, refugees and expats. New Zealand and its people are beautiful.

Hi Ngaire,
It has been a shock felt around the world. Everyone I know here in the UK is struggling to comprehend.
There were silences held before all the 6 nations games yesterday.
Yes, the reports from around the world have been pretty incredible.
These awful events happen everywhere but it seems somehow worse to have taken place in New Zealand. The friendliest country we’ve ever visited with such easy going lovely people. A tragedy
That terror attacks should not happed in your peaceful country.
I have travel at North Island in March 2017. Went to Coromandel Peninsular, Wai-O-Tapu Rotorua, Lake Taupo etc.
We have had great time there.
Plan to track at Tongariro National park, and Skydive at Toupo Airport, but weather not permitted.
